To obtain a temporary entry permit, you must apply at least 5 days before the event.

Log in via RIA and confirm your email address using the link sent to you.

On the website, you will see the text: “Choose how to continue”.
Select: Continue as a private individual.

You will then enter the City of Tallinn parking self-service portal.
Select: Services.

On the next page, select Entry Permit (the last option on the list) and click Select.

You will reach the page “Application details”.
Select Unavoidable necessity and continue.

Fill in all required fields.

The entry times must correspond to the times agreed in writing with the House of the Blackheads staff.

NB! An Old Town entry permit does not guarantee access to the House of the Blackheads if the time does not match the booking.

Continue until submitting the application. In the field “Upload document”, upload a blank page, as no document is required in this case and the portal does not allow submission without an upload.

The permit allows 30 minutes of entry access to the House of the Blackheads and does not grant the right to park.
