Fireplace Room aka “Small Basement” was first opened in 1908.
In the middle of the vaulted room is a large square pillar, covered with dark ebonized wood panels.
One wall contains a Jugend style glazed tile fireplace, decorated with clusters of rowan berries (built in Helsinki in W. Andstens’ workshop to the great Finnish architect E. Saarinen’s project).
The room (47m2) can be used for smaller events and workshops, it has a capacity of 20-30 people.
